1. SENIOR RIGGER COORDINATOR
Job & Responsibilities :
1. Inspecting and preparing loads that need to be moved.
2. Setting, aligning, and leveling heavy equipment machinery.
3. Selecting the appropriate rigging gear.
4. Preparing rigging equipment including beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts.
5. Inspecting rigging before final use.
6. Monitoring and maintaining rigging equipment.
7. Maneuvering loads using heavy equipment machinery and by hand.
8. Ensuring compliance with state and company safety procedures.
9. Communicating with the rigging and construction team.
10. Breaking down rigging equipment and conducting post-rigging inspections.
Requirement :
1. Min. Senior High School (sains/technical background)
2. Min. experience 10 years as rigger in oil and gas
3. Migas Certification for Inspektur Pesawat Angkat
4. Understand about Permit to Work (PTW) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

2. LIFTING ENGINEER
Job & Responsibilities :
1. Participate and proactive at pre-meeting for Complex / Heavy Lifting discussions.
2. Ensuring and preparation hazard analysis (JHA) for each activity to be undertaken
3. Provide advice and input to operational teams to making decisions of no-routine, critical and complexes (heavy lift) on behalf of the company
4. Provide the technical overview for Lifting Operations on all areas
5. Provide consideration & Establishing the technical requirements and endorsement of maintenance of regimes for Lifting Equipment.
6. Clearly delegated, defining actions and responsibilities to all personnel involved on lifting operation in terms of execution of the task for the team with acknowledge by Site Lifting and Operations Coordinators
7. Effectively communicate with relevant parties, including the client associates to execute lifting operation
8. Engage with Rigging Loft team in determining and providing Rigging and Lifting gear to be use
9. Observation of Rigging and lifting gear required by the operation team in carrying out lifting activities
10. Maintain a system for and managing a strategic continual improvement process in sites.
11. Lifting gear inspection
Special requirement :
5. Min. D3/S1 technical background
6. Min. experience 10 years
7. Migas Certification for Inspektur Pesawat Angkat
8. Understand about Lifting Planner Software
