SABAH INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM ("SIP") was formed in 2014 by the State Government of Sabah, as a special purpose entity to support the State's expanded involvement in the energy, oil and gas sector and to further strengthen the State's position in the industry.
Moving towards this vision and following a restructuring of Sabah Development Bank Berhad that was completed in October 2016, SIP is now wholly owned by Sabah Development Berhad, an investment holding company specially incorporated by the Sabah State to ensure SIP moves in tandem with the State's development plan and objectives.

One of owner and operator of a full-fledged Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading facility (FPSO) which is tocated at north off the coast of Madura Island, Indonesia invites you to join the team for the following potential positions:
1. Maintenance Superintendent (Offshore)
- 1. Degree or eguivalent in Engineering/Science, 10 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
- 2. 7 years of Electrical & instrument, Mechanical Engineering or automation engineering experience
- 3. Extensive experience with a variety of rotating & static eguipment's: solar gas turbine compressor, steam turbine, Utilities system, power generation, involve in commissioning activities.
- 4. Experienced working at FPSO is highly desirable or offshore O&G projects.
2. CCRO Marine - ATT III (Offshore)
- ATT Ill Class minimum, 54 years" experience at FPSO/Offshore O&G projects, mobile offshore production unit or oil/chemical tanker. Familiar with safety standard and procedure reguirements. Hold all retevant and valid offshore or marine certifications of competencies is highly desirable
3. Cost Controller (Office)
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2. Proven experience (74 years) in cost engineering, financial analysis, or related roles within the oil and gas, maritime, or energy sectors, with a focus on FPSO operations.
- 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights. Proficiency in cost estimation, and budget management.
- 4. Familiarity with project management, operations management principles and practices, especially in the context of FPSO projects/operations.
- 5. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
4. HR Executive (office)
- 1. Bachelor degree in Law, psychotogy or any degree.
- 2. 5t years experiences in learning & devetopment, talent acguisition, payroll processing, PPh21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan.
- 3. Prior experience in oil& gas project is an advantage.
5. Tax Specialist (office)
- 1. Bachelor's degree (or eguivalent) in accounting or finance.
- 2. Well understood for all taxes comptiance with Indonesian Tax Regulations. Prepare, process, and maintain paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation and filing of tax returns. Confirm the accuracy of records and documents related to tax reporting and preparation.
6. IT Executive (Office)
- 1. Performs network maintenance and system upgrade includes service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the network infrastructure with other systems
- 3. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing proactive measures to optimize network performance and minimize downtime
- 4. Performing diagnostic analysis of the network system, identifying possible faulty devices, troubleshooting fauity modules, troubleshooting network problems and outages, and preparing necessary documentation detailing actions
