1. Job Title: Pipe Fitter

Batam, 6 months
The Pipe Fitter will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems in industrial and commercial settings. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and skill in order to ensure that all piping systems are installed and maintained properly. The Pipe Fitter must be able to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams in order to accurately install and maintain piping systems.

List of Requirements
• Expertise in Reading isometrics/beveling pipe/flange management/pressure testing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams

2. Job Title: Pipe Welder

The Pipe Welder will be responsible for welding pipes in accordance with industry standards and customer specifications. The successful candidate will be expected to read blueprints, measure and cut materials, assemble components, and inspect finished products. They will also be required to maintain a safe work environment and ensure all safety regulations are followed.

- Expertise in GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, SMAW/STICK

The successful candidate must also be able to inspect their own work for accuracy and safety.

5. Job Title: Operation Administrator

Batam, Permanent with 3 months probation
We are looking for an Operations Administration to be placed in Batam, this role will represent our business branch office in Batam. We are looking for a local candidate with proficient knowledge about the Batam area i.e., geographic, business area, mapping potential clients, and dealing with stakeholders in the Batam area.

Job Descriptions
• Collecting required documents from consultants for both local and foreign consultants.
• Arranging of hotel & accommodations required for Contractors, and ticket purchasing with travel agents.
• Issuance of Purchase Order/Travel Authorization Form to match with Invoices received from vendors before sending it to Finance to process payment.
• Liaising with Contractors on their mobilization/demobilization flights or Business/Rotation travels.
• Arranging all necessary medical check- up for consultants, when requested.
• On-boarding of new Contractors after clients’ confirmation is given, including sending of timesheets, pay calendar and necessary Policies based on Clients’ requirements.
• Registering consultants on insurance, both private and government insurance (BPJS Kesehatan), and BPJS Ketenegakerjaan.
• Registering PKWT to the Ministry of Manpower for all consultants (Disnaker).
• Updating Compulsory Company Manpower Report (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan – WLTK).
• Update and maintain contractors’ details and placements in our systems.
• Keeping track of Contracts’ end dates and visas’ expiry dates and sending reminders to AMs for possibilities of Contract Extension.
• Consolidate accurate information like pay and billing rates for Finance team to payroll Contractors and invoice Clients.
• Checking on timesheets and expense claims before handing them off to Finance for processing.
• Liaising with clients on day-to-day queries, managing client events, meeting clients, reporting per client requests.
• Assist and work together with the other departments to ensure efficient process flow.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Human Resources, Immigration or Global Mobility role
• Prefer candidate located in Batam with a proficient understanding of the Batam area.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent organizational skills.

7. Job Title: Piping Mechanical Superintendent

Batam, 6 months
The Piping & Mechanical Superintendent will report to and work closely with the STP Fabrication Manager for the completion of the STP Module Topside(s). He shall ensure that all topside Piping & Mechanical activities including pre-commissioning are in accordance with the Contract. The Piping & Mechanical Superintendent will lead the contractor to perform the work in a One Team approach. STP Piping and Mechanical supervisors will support the superintendent to perform the work. The duration of the position is approximately one year but may be required to be extended to suit STP Module completions/loadouts.

Responsibilities:
• Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour regarding STO ethics and project “code of conduct” policy.
• Being “visible in the field” and “walking the talk” with HSE and Quality as a priority.
• Review 3D Model, P&ID’s, equipment layouts, data sheets, isometrics, vendor information and ensure contractor procedures/method statements to perform the work meet the requirements.
• Understand the requirements of the contract Piping & Mechanical fabrication Scope Of Works inclusive of all aspects fabrication, installation and testing.
• Ensures work is in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost control estimates.
• Review design changes (DCNs) submitted by design team against fabrication planning.
• Raise / review and approve all Site Queries and close out all punch items prior to sail away.
• Follow piping/support prefabrication, installation, flushing, hydro-testing, drying and re-instatement and complete necessary ITR’s.
• Follow equipment support fabrication and installation and ensure vendor tolerances are met prior to equipment installation.
• Review schedule and ensure engineering drawings, shop drawings, materials, consumables and manpower are available to perform the work to meet KPI’s and planned progress.
• Review vendor data sheets, specification, drawings, etc. and follow equipment installation, hook-up and testing to ensure project requirements are met and ITR’s are completed.
• Liaise with contractor and equipment vendors to ensure the appropriate support is available to install the equipment according to the schedule.
• Ensures that subcontractors are complying with contract specifications and work procedures and material is being utilized to ensure optimum efficiency, and that work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements.
• Review the Procurement Plan and ensure contractor storage and lay down areas are ready to receive the equipment. Review the Preservation Procedure and ensue the Preservation Plan is being incorporated.
• Review the vendor callout plan and ensure representation is available when required. Liaise with contractor, subcontractor and vendor representatives to ensure the worksite is ready, tools, equipment and manpower is available to perform the work diligently and efficiently.
• Participate actively to the constructability reviews organized by CTR and follow-up the actions register (related to structural works).
• Reviews and comments the Contractor construction and pre-commissioning procedures. Clarify with the Contractor all the methods and services activities including lifting operations (related to structural works).
• Monitor production indicators and histograms to estimate the general trend of the construction. Identify potential risk of delay in the construction execution and formulates remedial actions.
• Liaises closely with Contractor for all constructions issues. Continuously expedite the resolution of construction issues with the Contractor to meet schedule key dates.
• In close coordination with the STO QC Team, raise, follow-up and close quality issues via quality observation cards or NCRs.
• Highlight and report to Fabrication Manager any area(s) of concern which may impact either the quality or the delivery date of the STP Topside Modules.
• Provide ways to improve the processes, productivity and efficiently.
• Independently work together with the EPC Fabrication Team on all facets of fabrication assemblies.
• Experience with the seawater treatment plant system, STP or fabrication of Topside Modules preferred
Competency:
• Education:
o Relevant bachelor’s degree or 15 years field experience preferred.
• Experience:
o Minimum 10 years of experience in Piping & Mechanical activities in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshorenGreenfield projects.

8. Job Title: Electrical & Instrument Superintendent

Batam, 6 months
The E&I Superintendent will report to and work closely with the STP Fabrication Manager for the completion of the STP Module Topside(s). He shall ensure that all topside activities including pre-commissioning are in accordance with the Contract. The E&I Superintendent will lead the contract to perform the work in a One Team approach. The duration of the position is approximately one year but may be required to be extended to suit STP Module completions/loadouts.

Ensures work is in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost control estimates.
• Ensures that subcontractors are complying with contract specifications and work procedures and material is being utilized to ensure optimum efficiency, and that work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements.
• Review design changes (DCNs) submitted by design team against fabrication planning.
• Raise / review and approve all Site Queries and close out all punch items prior to sail away.
• Follow cable tray support prefabrication, installation, cable pulling, termination and loop testing and completion of ITR’s.
• Follow E&I equipment support fabrication and installation and ensure vendor tolerances are met prior to equipment installation, especially in the EHouse.
• Review schedule and ensure engineering drawings, shop drawings, materials, consumables and manpower are available to perform the work to meet KPI’s and planned progress.
• Review vendor data sheets, specification, drawings, etc. and follow E&I equipment installation, hook-up and testing to ensure project requirements are met and ITR’s are completed.

9. Job Title: Mud Logger

East of Indonesia, 6 months
Geological Monitoring
• Perform or supervise the collection of cuttings samples, from the proper lagged depths and at the proper intervals as required for evaluation.
• Perform or supervise the washing and screening of samples, the correct apportioning of reliably labelled geological samples and packing by sets for the customer, partners, and trade.
• Perform or supervise core catching, handling and analysis, as per the instructions of customer.
• Examine, describe, and record samples as per industry standards and Customer specifications.
• Make detailed measurements, analysis, interpretation and records of the geology and oil and gas shows, sensor measurements.
• Ensure that the mud log is accurate and comprehensive.
• Annotate digital logs clearly and correctly.
Wellsite Monitoring
• Perform or assist in the close monitoring and validation of gas levels, lag time, drilling mud and drilling parameters, reporting any anomalies to the appropriate persons for immediate action or closer surveillance.
• Perform gas sampling as required.
• Monitor of tripping and casing operations and cross check theoretical and actual mud returns correspond to expected well behaviour.

Reporting
• Prepare and submit a geological summary in the Final Well Report.
• Maintain regular contact with the Operations Manager to report the current work situation and remedy any potential or ongoing non-conformances.
• Properly organise and file reports, charts, data, and plots for later use by the Customer.
• Maintain personal competence records.
• Ensure performance evaluations and verify competence levels of all personnel under your control.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in the related field

10. Job Title: Data Engineer

East of Indonesia, 6 months
Geological Monitoring
• Validate the mud log produced by the Mud Logger is comprehensive.
• Use industry and Customer provided gas interpretation methods to evaluate the quality of reservoirs and source rocks.
• Cross check Mud Logging data with seismic data, lagged LWD data or post drilling open hole logging data.
• Perform gas sampling as required and monitor lag-time and validate corrections.

Wellsite Monitoring
• Accurately measure and record all drilling and static operations including hole enlarging, reaming, cementing, casing, bit or wiper trips, logging operations.
• Perform close monitoring of gas levels, lag time, drilling fluids and drilling parameters and report any anticipated or observed anomalies to the appropriate persons for immediate action or for closer surveillance.
• Identify and report immediately all drilling hazards like kicks, well ballooning, stuck pipe, lost circulation, shallow water flows, mud losses, drilling breaks, etc.
• Perform optimisation diagnostics on mechanical drilling parameters, well hydraulics to improve drilling efficiency and reduce catastrophic failure.
• Cross check theoretical and actual mud returns correspond to expected well behaviour or surface activities.
• Check depth, drilling and logged data against rig recorded data.
• Assist well site personnel determine the mud densities required for primary and secondary well control. Ensure primary well control by anticipating pressure imbalances.

Reporting
• Manage the well database and ensure the quality and integrity of the well data annotating digital logs and records clearly and correctly and ensure confidentiality of any ‘tight hole’ requirements.
• Ensure the design of computer-generated logs meets required specifications.
• Submit accurate daily reports concerning geological and drilling parameters.
• Ensure the unit diary, spare parts inventory, equipment status reports, calibration reports and other specified equipment monitoring reports are kept up to date and available for audits. Maintain regular contact with the Operations Manager to report the current work situation and remedy any potential or ongoing non-conformances.
• Prepare and submit the Final Well Report as per customer’s specifications.
Properly organise, file and dispatch reports, trip sheets, data, charts and plots for later use by customer according to SDP.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in the related field
