1. QC Inspector
- We are seeking gualified, high integrity and energetic person to fulfill the following positions:
- Familiar with Structural and Piping inspector
- Possess good ability in data analysis and good in reporting
- Obtain professional gualification certificate CSWIP 3.1
- Familiar to fit up visual inspection
- Pro-active and self-motivated team player with strong engineering judgment skills
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, strong communication skills
2. Architectural Inspector
- Familiar inspection for Architectural Works as per approved Inspection Test & Plan (ITP) Inspects Incoming material deliveries by confirming specifications and compliance with approved submittals, conducts visual and measurement tests in conjunction with the onsite logistics team
- Inspection, sampling and testing of materials to assure that compliance with the contract specification.
- Must demonstrate ability to act independently as part of a team
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, strong communication skills Prefer hokding certificate CSWIP 3.0
3. Painting Inspector
- Certified in Nace level II or above
- Responsible for yard and field ongoing activities for painting inspection
- Experience to make inspection with third party and vendor inspection for onward submission to client
- Familiar to prepare Prepare “Inspection & test plan” (ITP) for specific project company reguirements, surface preparation and painting or coating procedure
4. E&i Inspector
- Familiar with Project specification, Engineering Datasheet and any other relevant standard utilized in E&I, T, HVAC.
- Familiar with mechanical completion, Pre comm/comm. And intergrated eguipment test. Familiar with system completion such as : Check, Verify, all activities as detailed in ITR, Test Sheet, Com, Check sheet.
- Familiar with E&I, T, HVAC testing including : Megger test, resistant test, function test, Performance test/site acceptance test, loop test, OTDR test, Duct leak test, and any other test as reguired for commissioning.
- Having Experienced in Oi! & Gas Project with one of them involved in commissioning process system of top side, skid module or refinery plan.
General Reguirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or in any relevant discipline (1&3)
- Minimum Civil or Architectural Engineering/Diploma gualified (2)
- S1 Degree in Electrician & Instrument Major (4)
- At least S5 years experiences as Inspector, Ideally for Oil & Gas projects (1)
- At least S5 years experiences as Inspector civil engineering or architecture, idealiy for Oil & Gas projects (2)
- At least 5 years experiences as Painting Inspector in Fabrication or Construction (3)
- At least 5 years experiences in the E&I, T, HVAC Installation (4)
- Prioritize in Batam domicile
- Must be able to work indpendentiy or Team Work
- Attention to detail, strive for guality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
